Today 72nd day of the Kam Chodo Hartal the striking received over whelming response from the striking Clerical Cadre. Thousand of activists of Jammu city and its suborn areas gathered at Exhibition Ground Jammu and held strong protest and demonstration at Exhibition Ground. As per a release, In their address the speakers in the gathering expressed their grave resentment over the mysterious silence observed by the Government and once again appealed to the public in general to support the ongoing call of K am Chodo Hartal of striking clerical cadres and rendered their full cooperation to force the Government to immediately issue orders for implementation of agreed demands. They expressed its anguish over the criminal silence adopted by the authorities regarding removal of pay anomalies. Similar rallies and demonstrations also held at Samba, Kathua, Rajouri, Poonch, Udhampur, Reasi Doda, Ramban, Kashmir valley and Ladakh Region and addressed by District committee convenor they warned the Government not to confront with striking clerical staff and immediately implement the agreement.
Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association appeals to the clerical staff to observe the KAM CHODO HARTAL and participate in mass Rally and Demonstration today to make the programme success and further course of agitational programme will be announced in the rally. |
