Model Academy organizes investiture ceremony

Jammu, Sept 25: Model Academy today organized the investiture ceremony for the academic session 2019-20 during a special assembly, wherein the young talents of the school were bestowed with the responsibility of leading their school with commitment, confidence and competence.
The solemn ceremony was graced by Dr. Adit Gupta, Director and Rupa Gupta, Joint Director MIER. They were accompanied by PK Srivastava, Principal, J.K. Dhiman, Vice-Principal, Manjari Sehgal, Chanda Mahajan, Manager Academics, Manju Vali, Convener Co-Curricular Committee and Usha Chunni, Convener Sports.
The Prefectural Board comprised of the Head Boy and Head Girl, Vice- Head Boy and Vice Head Girl, Sports Captains, Presidents, Vice- Presidents and Captains and Vice-Captains of various Houses. The Board also comprised of prefects of different Clubs.
Dr. Adit Gupta in his address motivated the students to become more focussed in their goals and encouraged them to always walk on the correct path and be the change as they have been bestowed with great responsibilities while embarking on a new journey as leaders. The programme was conducted by Hansika of class 12th and she thanked the Principal and the School Management for their kind support in every aspect. With the flags held high and heads standing tall, the ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
