Jammu, Sept 25: Blaze intercollegiate Badminton Tournament (Men & Women) semi-final and final matches were played in Govt. MAM College, organized by the Department of Students Welfare. Dr Twinkle Suri , Dean Students Welfare was the Chief Guest. In women section the semi-final match was played between Govt. College of Education and Govt. MAM College, MAM College won the match by 2-0 and enter in final in final the match was played between GCW Gandhi Nagar and Govt. MAM College MAM College beat GCW Gandhi Nagar by 2-1 and lift the trophy. In men section the final match was played between Govt. SPMR College of Commerce and Govt. MAM College, Govt. MAM College beat Govt. SPMR College of Commerce by 3-1 and remain the champion. Dr. Vinod Bakshi, Sports Coordinator and Physical Director of G.G.M. Science College, Jammu, Dr. Banpreet Kour, Associate Dean Students Welfare, Sumnesh Sharma, Physical Director of Govt. MAM College, Jammu Aijaz Malik, Physical Director of Govt. SPMR College of Commerce, Dr. Mandeep Singh, Physical Director, Govt. College of Education, Dr. Roopali Slathia, Physical Director, GCW, Gandhi Nagar, Neelam Chalotra, Assistant Physical Director, Govt. MAM College,. and Anil Kumar, Assistant Physical Director, GCW, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu were present there.
The match was officiated by Mr. Rahul and Balbir under the supervision of Vikram Singh , Physical Director.
