Miseries of winter in Kashmir & summer in Jammu
Mr Rafiq Ahmad Sheikh 9/25/2019 9:58:02 PM
As we aware of the fact that winter season is ongoing fast in Kashmir, seasons we know are four types but winter is very crucial in Kashmir. Kashmir which is known as paradise but winter is very crucial in Kashmir. Juts like the summer in Jammu very hot and a temperature touches or sometimes 50C' very hot. No one takes a note of it how much electricity is needed and how people were suffering without electricity everyone means children, woman and old man so as to see these things. Tears come into eyes in which the pain the people will suffer in these hot days. Similarly the cold we feel in Kashmir in winter season, everyone means children , woman and old man faces a lot of difficulties because everything in winter becomes ice, it is difficult to live for a common man in Kashmir . I think without electricity life is so bored and complicated just like the every happiness of life is gone. Before few months it becomes mandatory to everyone to prepare for a such a huge season of winter and a preparation of common people is at high level.
During winter it is difficult for students to go for tuition but in any way they have to manage because no alternative for them. In such a situation what a common man can do only preparation for this chilly winter. Now if we talk about the employees they also have facing a lot of difficulties , especially some Departments like PHE, PWD Roads and Buildings and other Public work Departments especially a lower staff of these Department Like Works Supervisors, Helpers and Incharge Computer Section of every offices they were ready for preparing documents and snow clearance. They clear the roads in this chilly winter as roads are just like nerves of human body. Mean target road open in any way so as to every one means students reach tuition centers, patient reach to Hospital safely, its because of the efforts of these employees as they work with dawn and dusk to clear the road. I think we all have to change our mind set revolution came if we change. Everyone has to work keenly so that people will not face at all and at any cost. Jammu and Kashmir summer capital the Srinagar means everything ok in Kashmir Secretariat move on this season to Kashmir means every facility available but in another side we see summer in Jammu very hot people burn there, so it becomes necessary to this time for Government to take such steps in which people in Jammu will be benefited and everything for them become so easy facilitate them with electricity water and other necessary things to available to people.
Similarly when we talk about Jammu means winter capital means everything ok in Jammu. Secretariat move on this season to Jammu means every facility available but in another side we see in Kashmir very cold & people becomes ice because of low temperature. Again it becomes necessary to this time for Government to take advanced steps in which common people benefited and everything for them become so easy, facilitate them with electricity water and other necessary things to available to people.
At conclusion end we found both regions means Jammu & Kashmir very hot & cold, as such we have to make such arrangements firstly we don't face these problems and secondly we prepare ourselves for this chilly winter. It becomes necessary for me to write these things because I know my prerogatives as writer surround me with kind and supportive people on both regions. Roads washed away due to heavy snowfall & continuously raining, as we to maintain it & make roads charmable & clean our city. Srinagar is in fourth position polluted city if we see environmentally. Now it is our duty to keep clean. Therefore, at last if we see or analysis people of both regions of Jammu and Kashmir faces lot problem. Jammu in summer and Kashmir in winter.
Sometimes due to the heavy snowfall and landslides, the Srinagar Jammu National Highway remains closed for a long time. As a result of this blockage, people of Kashmir valley face acute shortages of eatables and other necessary staffs like medicine, cooking gas and fuel. " Darbar Move' Now, onwards for a longtime with proper time & with full preparation. The tradition was started during Dogra Rule in 1872 by Mahraja Rambir Singh. Come on let's make such arrangements in own level also it is duty of our Government to facilitate people at every level, so that in future these problems will not be repeated.
