| Azad chairs high level meeting for selection of names of Chairman, Members of SHRC | | |
Leh, August 31 – A high level meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad here today.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Muzaffar Hussain Baig, Chairman Legislative Council Mr. Abdul Rashid Dar, Speaker Legislative Assembly Mr. Tara Chand, Chief Secretary Mr. C. Phunsog, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Anil Goswami and Commissioner/Secretary Law Mr. Akhtar Kochak.
The meeting finalized names for chairman and members of State Human Rights Commission.
The names are being sent to Governor Lt. Gen. (Retd) S. K. Sinha.
