| Footballer Amardeep gets best forester award | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 7 Amardeep, an international football player and captain of gold medal winning J&K team in the North Zone Football Championship held at Jammu has been adjudged as best forester in the Kashmir Forestry course. Amardeep achieved the distinction at the one-year training course at Soil Conservation Training School (SCTS) Jammu. He was presented the title by Chief Conservator of Forest (Jammu), Abhay Kumar. Young footballer, who represented India in the Junior Asia Cup at South Korea, also won gold medal in Marathon Race held during the course of training. |
