Bhagat Singh remembered on his 112th birth anniversary

Jammu, Sept 28:National Panthers Party organized 112th birthday celebration of Bhagat Singh, one of the great patriots who fought India's freedom.
Chief Patron of National Panthers Party Prof.Bhim Singh who addressed the birthday celebration of S. Bhagat Singh in New Delhi conveyed to the younger generation the great inspirer of freedom struggle of Bhagat Singh who along with other freedom fighters namely, Butkeshwar Dutt, Sukhdev and Rajguru dared promote freedom movement by throwing a bomb in the Parliament.
No one was killed but Bhagat Singh and his companion freedom fighters detained and jailed. No case for causing injury to anybody could be made out. The British Govt. detained Bhagat Singh for the murder of a British policeman somewhere else. Bhagat Singh was ordered to be hanged.
Prof.Bhim Singh said that Bhagat Singh and his companion freedom fighters continue to be a big source of inspiration for the youth of the country to continue their movement for strengthening national unity and protecting freedom. Others who also addressed the meeting include B.S. Billowria, Advocate, Anil Sharma, President, Rajasthan Panthers Party, Rashi Dutt and others
