| Youth, prime focus of PDP: Sehar | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 9 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)'s new entrant Sehar Iqbal has said given the change in situation, problems faced by youth of Jammu and Kashmir should be addressed on priority basis. While addressing an impressive gathering of youth and women at Kokernag, she said the unparalleled performance of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed as the chief minister has led the people across the State to recognize him as a distinctive leader with a vision and a commitment to deliver. She added that the magnitude of the development in Sayeed's term of three years has moved up the hopes of youth in the state, who now look for redressal of their genuine demands. Sehar said that people across the board are now convinced that only Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has the capability and commitment to pull Jammu and Kashmir out of the morass and put it on the path of political stability and economic prosperity. She said even though Mufti headed the coalition Government for a very short span of three years, but he has left indelible landmark of his impeccable performance not only at the ground but on the public minds as well. |
