Forum of lease holders/ occupants of Nazool/ govt. lands (FONL) has welcomed the induction of former chief secretary, B R Kundal in to the state cabinet. Congratulating Kundal on joining Azad cabinet, FONL leaders, who held a meeting here today under the chairmanship of Inderjeet Khajuria chairman of the forum have urged him to help redress their grievances, with regard to the exorbitant rates demanded from them granting of ownership rights on them on the lands under their occupation through authorized lease for at last 50 to 80 years.
The meeting was attended by S S Pathania, S Gajan Singh, Iqbal Khullar, Somnath Sharma, M L Sharma and Ajay Bakshi, the release added. |
