People raise issues during public outreach program in Bounjwah block

KISHTWAR, Oct 10:: Unitedly participate in developmental works, maintain peace, communal harmony and brotherhood asked District Development Commissioner (DDC), Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana to the common masses here in a Public Grievance Redressal Camp at Bounjwah of District Kishtwar.
The said Public Grievance Redressal Camp at Bounjwah, district Kishtwar held for on spot redressal of genuine problems faced by local populace at their doorsteps. The DDC was accompained by Joint Director Planning, Mohd Iqbal, ACR Kishtwar, Dr. Amir Hussain, XEN PMGSY, Dev Raj, Tehsildar Bounjwah, Shohab Latief, ALC Kishtwar Anoop Kumar, DSWO Kishtwar, Tariq Qazi, BDO Bounjwah Din Mohd besides other District and sectoral officers, Sarpanches, Panches, Senior citizens and scores of locals participated. During the camp, the DDC was apprised of various demands by locals including demand for better road connectivity, paucity of staff in PHC Nali, advance dumping of ration for winter season, basic amenities and infrastructural facilities, repair of water supply schemes, posting of adequate staff in educational and medical institutions, replacement of damaged rotten wooden poles, organising of awareness camps of key sectors like horticulture, agriculture etc. Speaking on the occasion, DDC, Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana assured that the genuine grievances of the poor masses will be redressed on priority basis and on spot directions were passed to concerned officers of different line departments for speedy and prompt redressal of the same.
