| Bodies of newborn, woman recovered | | | Early Times Reporter

Police has recovered bodies of newly born baby and a woman from river at separate places in Kashmir valley since this morning.
Police sources said that body of newly born baby was recovered from river Jehlum near Budshah Kadal in Srinagar.
Giving details sources said that some passerby spotted the body early this morning and informed the police. Police has registered a case in this regard and initiated investigations.
Meanwhile, an unidentified female body was recovered from river Jehlum near village Mujgund, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Sumbal. Police has initiated proceedings under section 174 Cr PC in this regard. |
