| Vet doctors met secretary A/H | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 10 A deputation of J&K veterinary association today called on secretary, animal/ sheep Husbandry, Ravi Thusoo and discussed various issues pertaining to veterinarians in the state. Deputation appreciated the role and intention of the govt. by taking the association pleaded for the posting of all BVO grade-I officers of Rs. 9000-14100 only. Creation of VAS posts in all uncovered panchayats, 2½ days pay in lieu of SRO 86 of 2006, hard duty allowance to vests at par with the central vests, DPC of gazzated cadre, classification of BVO’s, redesignation of astt. Director cadre as class-I, creation of chief executive officer posts, opening of office of veterinary council at Jammu for registration and need of creation of post of director general animal/ sheep Husbandry deptt. For unified coordination. Thusoo gave a patient hearing to the demands of deputation and assured them that the demands will be fulfilled soon. The delegation was led by Dr. M T Krishan and was accompanied by Secretary Dr. R.K. Anand, Dr. Mohd. Sajjad, Dr. Majid Malik and Dr. C.K. Bakshi. |
