| PCO deputation calls on CMD, BSNL at Delhi | | | Early Times Reporter
Jammu | June 10
A deputation of PCO holders association calls on CMD, Kuldeep Goyal of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd at Delhi and brought to his notice about the difficult;ioties being faced by the PCO holders in the state.
President of association, Swaran Dass who led the deputation apprised the CMD, Goyal with regard to non-cooperation of BSNL authorities of J&K. He also discussed various issues faced by STD and PCO holders in the state.
Dass in the meeting also demanded increase of commission on recharge cards. Six months compensation to Kargil war suffers, as BSNL during the war stopped the functioning of STD and PCO. He also demanded to convert PCO’s into BSNL Shoppe and other genuine demands.
The other members of the deputation were Surinder Sharma, B.S Jasrotia, Neeraj Sharma, Rohit Gupta, Sohail Ahmed, Surinder Pal Singh Billowaria, Ashok Kumar, Aashwani Kumar and Gurdyal Gupta. |
