Basholi police held one person and recovered sixty pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.Basoli police led by SHO Ashwani Kumar under the supervision of ASP Benam Tosh on tip off laid a naka and intercepted a person with a bag. On checking the bag police found sixty pouches of illicit liquor. He has been identified as Kamal Dev Singh s/o Munshi Singh r/o Samman, Basholi.A case under 48 Excise act has been registered against him. During his interrogation he told police that the bag consisted of liquor was being taken to sell .Police was questioning him to whom he was going to sell the liquor till last report came in. |
