| 1 dies, 28 injure in road mishaps | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 11 One person died and twenty-eight others were injured in different road accidents in Jammu during last twenty-four hours. Police sources told KMT that one person died on spot and seven others sustained injuries after Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK07/ 0469 on way from Poonch to Jammu rolled down near Chingus. The deceased has been identified as Harban Anand, son of Om Parkash Anand, resident of Poonch. njured were admitted in District Hospital Rajouri for treatment. They have been identified as Ashok Kumar Phool, son of Chander Nath Phool, Pawan Kumar, Rajeesh Kumar, Naresh Kumar, sons of Bansi Lal Phool; Dolly Phool, wife of Naresh Kumar, Kirti Anand, daughter of Arvind Anand residents of Poonch and driver Mubir Khan, 30, son of Baja Khan, resident of Kulgam Anantnag, Kashmir. Eight Border Security Forces Jawans were inured after the vehicle they were traveling in turned turtle at Dungi in Akhnoor area. The mini bus bearing registration number JK01H/ 7530 on way from Aknoor to Dharmari. The injured have been identified as Ct Bhagwan Ram No. 87143698 12th Bn. BSF at present Akhnoor; Ct. Chandryas Dubey No. 07002849; R. K Singh No. 93008711; S. Hajan No. 87007399; Niwasan No. 92009759; Chajju Ram No. 99755685; Hari Ram No. 2114698 of 12 th Bn. BSF. All injured were rushed to GMC Jammu for treatment. |
