| Minor girl raped by teenager in Akhnoor | | | Early Times Reporter

Police have registered an FIR against a teenager who had allegedly raped a minor girl in village Seote of Chowki Choura area of Tehsil Akhnoor on Monday.
Sources informed that a minor girl, 5-year-old, was allegedly raped by a boy at village Seote on Monday. The accused has been identified as Lucky, 15, son of Bhushan Kumar of village Seote Sources said that the accused had lured a minor girl with a promise of giving her a toffee and brought her into a room.
Reports said that the boy allegedly committed rape with minor girl in the room, adding that the girl informed her parents about the incident. "The Sarpanch and all the Panches of village Seote held a meeting on Tuesday in this connection but the accused fled away from the village," added reports.
The villagers and the parents of the girl, sources told News Agency of Kashmir today registered an FIR Under Section 342, 376 against the accused in police post Chowki Choura. The girl was admitted in Sub-District hospital Akhnoor for preliminary medical check up, maintained reports. |
