| Army Chief, President AWWA visit YOL cantonment | | | Early Times Reporter
Jammu | June 11
General Deepak Kapoor, Chief of The Army Staff accompanied by his wife Kirti Kapoor President AWWA visited Yol Cantonment today. They also had a visit to Pathaknot Garrison and Basholi Cantonment where the General addressed Sainik Sammelan and informally interacted with troops.
Speaking on the occasion the General was confident that the operational readiness, training and morale of the Indian Army matched the best in the world and the Army was ready to counter threat from any agency, both internal and external, that the country can possibly face.
The visiting General also visited the vocational training centre of the AWWA at YOL Cantonment.
Welcoming Kirti Kapoor President AWWA, Rupa Sharma, President “Rising Star AWWA” briefed her about various welfare and Veer Nari related activities of YOL Cantonment. |
