Spring Dales Kathua hosts 2nd alumni meet

Kathua, Oct 28: Spring Dales English School, Changran Kathua today organized second alumni meeting. Students and teachers welcomed their alumni across batches from 1991 to 2019 with warm welcome. It was an enthralling ambience as the excitement and happiness of meeting old friends and teachers knew no bounds. Nandini Kundal and Adity Khurana welcomed their seniors with traditional way by applying kumkum.
A presentation made by Shanu, Akhil, Saurabh Sethi and Kritica took them down the memory lane. School is proud to have gems like Gokul Mahajan an IAS officer, Tassaviur Khanam, pursuing MBBS at GMC Jammu, Ishan Soodan, a civil engineer, Alisha, a fashion designer, Suvidha Jasrotia, Budding Journalist and Anchor, Tahir Awan, botanist and many more.
Alumni shared their experiences of how their school contributed in shaping up their present life as Engineers, MBBS, Charted Accountant, Company Secretary, Law Graduate, MBBS and Entrepreneurs etc. They were proud of their school being ranked no. 1 State Board School in J&K and no. 10 State Board School in India by Education Today. Children enthusiastically participated in the games and dance.
Komdhi Jasrotia and Dr. Abhishek Jasrotia were declared as Best Alumna and best Alumnus 2019 and were presented sashes.
Principal Usha Gupta expressed her happiness and joy on seeing the children and explained the purpose of the formation of Spring Dales English School in 1991.A token of love and affection was presented to the alumni along with the prizes to the winners of various games with clicking of selfie at every corner of school.
