| Sarshad Natnoo hails people for their support in BDC election | | | Early Times Report
Doda, Oct 28: It was first time, after the announcement by central government held Block Development Council (BDC) election in Jammu and Kashmir which was completed on 24th of October 2019 successfully. In Jammu and Kashmir, independent candidates performed well and emerged as the single largest group in the elections and create a history across the state. In Doda, BJP has won 05 and independent candidate have won 17 seats. Sarshad Natnoo, independent candidate from Gundna block of Doda district won the seat by 17 votes against BJP candidate and registered as impressive victory. He thanked the elected Sarpanches, Panches and peoples of Gundna block for their support and vote in BDC elections. "Am overjoyed that I have recieved and unprecedented support and indebted to you for all your efforts and show their faith on independent candidate". He assured the people of Gundna block that, I will work hard to fulfil the aspirations of the people and serve the block with utmost digligence and people of Gundna block have rightly elected me to accelerate pace of development. |
