Vicky Mahajan, president Jammu and Kashmir Strength Lifting Association has been made working president of the Strength Lifting Federation of India.
A young and energetic head of the State Strength Lifting body, Vicky was unanimous choice of the members during an election meeting of the Federation that took place at Nagpur in Maharashtra recently.
In fact Vicky Mahajan, being a sportsperson, enjoys a good reputation among the member states for his contribution towards promotion of the game of Strength Lifting at the state and national level.
“By showing faith in me, the Federation has assigned a big responsibility to me. Now, I have to come up to their expectations by putting in extra efforts in popularizing the game of Strength Lifting in the state and at country level as well,” Vicky Mahajan told reporters. |
