| Citizens’ coop bank holds customers’ meet | | | Early Times Reporter

A customers’ meet was organized by the Citizens’ Cooperative Bank at New Plot Branch. As per a release, a large number of customers were present on the occasion. The customer meet was organized with the aim to have direct interaction of the customers with the Management of the Bank in order to redress the grievances of the customers.
B.S Manhas Director while addressing the customers impressed upon them to deal with the Bank as the bank is extending all the facilities at the door step of the customers and is own bank of Jammuites and in case of any complaint they may send their grievances/suggestion to the Bank authority.
Dinesh Gupta, Chairman of the bank while addressing the customers announced redressal of grievances put forth by the customers in the meeting itself. He mentioned that the aim of the elected board of directors is to give efficient services to customers of the Bank, the release added. |
