| Satwant Dogra led deputation calls on CM office | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 18 People of Sujwan, Tanda, Supwal, Barian and Barian camp demanded up gradation of High School Sujwant to High Secondary School. As per a release, a deputation of people headed by Congress leader Satwant Kaur Dogra called Chief Minister’s office; met Janak Raj Gupta, Ex-MP and Political Advisor to Chief Minister and apprised him of the problems being faced by the people. Satwant Dogra told that a dispensary building was constructed long back but no medical or paramedical has been posted as far. She demanded that medical staff may be posted immediately and medical facilities may be provided to the people. DSP Fauja Singh said that High School in Sunjwan is from 1947 and demanded that keeping in view the population, the school should be upgraded to High Secondary Schoo. Gupta while addressing the delegation highlighted the achievements of Azad led Government and said that during Azad led government the higher education has reached the door steps of the people even in the remote areas of the state. Later Satwant Dogra visited village Mananu of Samba and listened to the problems of the people. Apart from water and road problems, people also demanded that their Problems, people also demanded that their primary school should be upgraded to middle school. |
