A day long workshop on general banking conducted by retd, assistant general manager (AGM) of state bank of India, was held at administrative office of citizen’s co-op bank, Gandhi Nagar here today.
Managing director, Ashok Goswamy in his welcome address stressed upon the need of customers service in the changing scenario of banking industry. The participants included cashier/clerks of the bank. The interactive session was focused on awareness regarding rights and duties, concept of marketing and customer service and general banking in the present era.
