| JKVM accuses coalition of playing with KPs sentiments | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 20 Accusing successive state governments of playing with the sentiments of exiled Kashmiri Pandits, Jammu Kashmir Vichar Manch (JKVM) has demanded that the process of job recruitment for Kashmiri Pandits (KPs) as announced by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh should be started with immediate effect. "The state government has not framed a concrete policy for the safe and dignified return of Kashmiri Pandits to valley. The Prime Minister's package is being sabotaged as state government has been playing another mischief with the exiled Hindus of Kashmir valley regarding their dignified rehabilitation and return," R L Bhat, president of Jammu Kashmir Vanchar Manch told reporters here on Friday. He further alleged, "The PM's package contained two parts-employment and return. The circulation of forms was also happened during National Conference regime when it had collected 16000 forms. The coalition partner PDP threw those forms into dustbins and now Congress is yet again playing same drama." He demanded that the process of filling up of application forms should be started and permanent rehabilitation of exiled Kashmiri Pandits. |
