| Bhim assures confiscating ‘illegal wealth’, if voted | | | Early Times Reporter Kathua | June 20 Addressing a massive rally of Panthers Party workers in Bani this afternoon, Bhim Singh, Chairman JKNPP shook the roots of the Congress and NC when he roared in the Congress den challenging the Congress Chief Minister to fight any constituency election against Panthers’ candidates and accused congress and NC for generating militancy and corruption in the state which has became the root cause of militancy. Singh declared that if party comes to power it shall confiscate all loot and illegal wealth of the former and present ministers and bureaucrats. He further declared that all such confiscated properties shall be distributed among the unemployed youth and poor people. He called on the people of J&K to oppose, expose and finally depose the corrupt ruling parties so that justice flows to every home in J&K. He also promised to regularize all SPOs and Rehbr-e-Talim teachers who have completed two years in services. Singh said that Rs 8 lakhs which have been grabbed under the so called Roshni Act shall be taken away from the beneficiaries and shall be distributed to the landless peasants. Bhim declared Rakesh Thakur as a candidate for the forth coming assembly election from Bani segment Other Panthers party leaders who address the rally were Anita Thakur, H.C.
