Reviewing the chances of winning forthcoming elections from Nagrota assembly constituency Balbir Singh Manhas a politician of the area and an advocate held meeting of its workers here today.
In the meeting workers of National Conference Balwant Singh, Pt. Madan, Mohd Sadiq and Liyakat Ali expressed their strong resentment against selecting wrong candidate by NC from the Nagrota constituency. These leaders said, there is no alternative but to support B.S Manhas in the coming elections who is a suicer worker and always help the needy persons. Besides other political persons who left the parties, especially from PDP, BSP and BJP supported Manhas and assured him their full support in the coming elections.
Manhas speaking on the occasion said that the kind of sport and response he is receiving during the public meetings he is fully geared up to contest the forthcoming elections. He said that emotional exploitation for the last 60 years has pushed the constituency into most backward and undeveloped state of affair. It will be his prime duty to bring prosperity in the constituency so that chronic problems as raised by the people and the workers could be sorted out and constituency be developed as a model constituency. He also highlighted about his forth coming strategies and future programmes among workers and asked them to spread the message among the masses so that they can lend their support to him. |
