| Sinha to be conferred with General Zorawar Singh award | | | Early Times Reporter

Lt. Gen (retd.) S.K. Sinha is being awarded first General Zorawar Singh award for his contribution in the field of art, literature, history and defence during his Governorship of Jammu and Kashmir state.
The award will be presented to Sinha by the council for the promotion of Dogri language, culture and history at a farewell function being organized at Abhinav theatre tomorrow.
Chairman of council, Prof. Bhim Singh said that the award is a token of love and regards to outgoing Governor. He said General Sinha has revived the cultural identity of Dogras. |
