On surprise raid, CM finds Marwah empty

Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad during his surprise visit of Marwah and Wardwan today found various government functionaries absent from duty and ordered their immediate suspension.
Suspendees include Tehsildar, Marwah, Iqbal Singh, BDO, Marwah, Masood Ahmad Qazi, Tehsil Supply Officer, Marwah, Manzoor Ahmad, one JE, PWD, one Mohammad Aslam Lone, employee of Marwah, BDO, Wardwan Manzoor Ahmad Mattoo, AEE, PWD, Wardwan, Mohammad Aslam, JEs, Mohammad Imtiaz Bhat, Mansoor Ahmad and Dev Raj of Niabat Inshan, Wardwan, and Incharge Exen, AEs and JEs of PHE, Niabat Inshan, Wardwan.
The Chief Minister has directed the administrative secretaries and heads of departments to ensure the presence of functionaries of all levels of respective departments even in remote and inaccessible areas in all the three geographical regions of Kashmir, Jammu and Ladakh. He said that the heads of departments shall be directly held responsible for the absence of the officers and officials in remote areas.
