While taking serious note of the government plans to divide the displaced community in the garb of unauthenticated and frivolous forms being distributed by the government agents, President PKM Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, said that his party fully endorses the decisions taken at the joint meeting of the leadership of ASKPC and PKM adding that PKM will support any call given by the joint leadership of the two organizations which includes demonstrations and agitational approach as well. He said that a massive joint demonstration shall also be held on July 13 which shall be observed as ‘Black Day. The PKM President said that an extra-ordinary meeting of its Executive Council was held here today which, besides the members of the Executive Council, was also attended by some special invitees and the office bearers of Kashmiri Sikh Displaced Forum (KSDF). The meeting discussed and debated at length number of organizational and political issues of great concern and took several decisions. Chrungoo said that Sankalp yatra has been renamed as Kashmir Sankalp Yatra adding that this year’s yatra shall be organized in two phases, one in the month of July and the second in the months of Oct-Nov 2008.
