| Strengthen the on-going wave in favour of NC: Sadhotra | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 22 "Unprecedented inflation in price rise has badly hit the common man and its effects have reached every kitchen of the society", said Ajay Sadhotra, Provincial President J&K National Conference, while addressing a One Day Convention of Raipur Domana Assembly Constituency here today at Chack Lal Din under the chairmanship of Block President Bhalwal, Pt. Bhramanand, which was organized by Satpal Lakhotra, District President Jammu Rural . Addressing the convention Ajay Sadhotra said it is high time for the party workers to reach every doorstep and tell people about the utter failure of the present coalition government in minimizing the miseries of the common people since 2002. He said price rise, corruption and unemployment has eaten the vitals of common man and people are in search of a better alternative and have made up their mind to change the government and bring back National Conference under the leadership of Dr. Farooq Abdullah. "This strong wave in favour of the party needs to be further strengthen by the united and sincere efforts of the party rank and file", he said. He called upon the party rank and file to work unitedly in order to ensure victory of the party in the forth-coming assembly elections, so that the miseries of the common people could be minimized and they could have a sigh of relief. The participants assured the party high command that they will unitedly fight and leave no stone unturned to ensure victory of the party under the dynamic presidentship of Omar Abdullah. Satpal Lakhotra, District President while addressing the convention said the people of Raipur Domana have a bitter experience of the coalition government and they want a change for betterment and expressed confidence that people of Raipur Domana will pose their confidence in our party under the leadership of Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah. Among others who spoke on the occasion included Prof H.R. Sharma, J.R. Gandhi, Choudhary Shamsher Singh, Raghubir Singh, Chano Devi, Joginder Manhas and others. |
