| Government accords sanction for prosecution of Xen, several others | | | Early Times Reporter
Jammu | June 26
The State Government has accorded sanction for prosecution of Executive Engineer then posted at Mechanical Division Shadipora Baramulla and several others including two ASIs for possessing assets disproportionate to their known source of income, misappropriation of funds and indulging in corrupt practices.
The government has also accorded sanction for the prosecution of the then Patwari Mangat Ram Sharma Patwari Halqa Settlement Perhaldpur in the office Naib-Tehsildar Settlement, Manzoor Ahmed Dar then ASI P/S Rainawari, Srinagar and Ghulam Mohd Bhat then ASI P/S Saddar who was caught red-handed by the VOK on May 07, 2007 while accepting gratification from the complainant.
The government has also accorded sanction for prosecuting Gul Rashid Darzi Senior Assistant and Bashir Ahmed Mir Junior Assistant in office of Tehsil Social Welfare Office Budgam for misappropriation of rupees more than one lakh. (JNF) |
