| Re-orientation course held | | | Early Times Reporter

One day re-orientation course on capacity building for self help group was organized by the Rural Development Agency at Sankoo, Kargil.
The executive councilor for Rural Development of LAHDC, Kargil, Mohd Ishaq presided over the course.
As per a press release, as many as 40 members of self help groups and a large number of people attended the course. Ishaq, who is also the in charge of Rural Development Department distributed a cheque of Rs. 3.00 lakhs among 25 beneficiaries for construction of residential quarter/repairs under IAY.
The Project officer, DRDA, Kargil Mohd. Ali gave a detailed account of the activities of SIIG and objective for organizing the course. He also thanked the people for participation in the orientation programme, the release added. |
