Crime Branch Jammu produced a challan against accused Sardari Lal s/o Shankar Dass r/o Khanna Chadgal for availing undue benefits by submitting forged and fictitious certificate to social forestry department. Crime Branch received complaint from Yousf Ali s/o Rasool r/o Khanna Chadgal in which he was alleged that the accused was an illiterate person and had managed a government job on the basis of forged qualification certificate as 4th class employee in social forestry department Jammu. Crime Branch during the course of investigation found that the accused had managed forged and fictitious middle class certificate by way of fraudulent means and had got undue benefit to him self. |
