Bhim meets Guv, demands dismissal of coalition govt

The chairman, pnther Party Prof. Bhim Singh today meet the governor and demanded dismissal of Congress led coalition government in the state.
Bhim urged the governor to save the state from constitutional breakdown, social disorder and of communal tension as the present government has lost its credibility and confidence of the people of the state. He said there is a total break down of constitutional machinery in the state, and added coalition
Partners are fighting in streets, accusing each other, with the result that entire law and order machinery is collapsed.
He informed the governor the present situation is caused due to deliberate mischief of PDP only to raise their vote bank for the ensuing assembly elections, and as such state needs yopur urgent and immediate intervention to save satate from chaos and invoke section 92 of the J&K constitution. He also urged upon the governor that PDP leaders Mufti Mohd. Sayeed, Dy. Chief Minister, Muzzafar Hussain Beig, finance minister Qarra and forest minister he tried for hatching a criminal conspiracy to sabogate communal harmony in the state by piloting and clearing cabinet proposal for diversion of forest land to shrine board, with criminal intension and violated code of conduct and hust national sovereignty. He said PDP has become security risk and its continuing in the govt shell be disaster for the state.
The members of the high power delegation were Bashir Ahmed Kathu, Farooq Ahmed Dar and Hakikat Singh Jamwal.
Meanwhile, Panther Party in a press release issued by Jammu office today has describe the resignation by PDP minister as a fraud with people, as governor is not competent to accept or reject MLA’s resignation. They should have submitted it to speaker of the assembly.
