| ASKPC blames Kashmir leadership for infuriating people over land allotment to SASB | | SASB land controversy generating by Kashmir leadership: ASKPC | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | June 28 While demanding CBI probe in death of a community youth in valley, All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference today accused Kashmir based leadership for generating controversy over allotment of land to SASB and termed it as a well knitted conspiracy to weaken Indian stand on Kashmir. Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, president ASKPC Amarnath Vashnavi blamed leadership of Kashmir particularly Mufti's, Soz and Geelani for infuriating people of Kashmir over the diversion of forestland to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB). Accusing Mufti Mohammed Sayeed and Sayeed Ali Shah Geelani as a big enemy of Jammu and Kashmir, he said that these people belonging to foreign origin have no right to speak on behalf of the people of state as they were promoting their foreign agenda in Kashmir. " The building of Haj houses in Jammu and Delhi were not opposed by any one in the state as well as in country but the land granted to SASB in Srinagar has been fully opposed by the so called leadership of Kashmir" he said, adding that those raising objection on the issue were not speaking on visit of tourists in Kashmir because it boosts their economy. General secretary ASKPC, H L Chatta demanding CBI inquiry in death of a community in valley few days past and said that the youth has been killed by the militants from Anantnag area of valley and later killed. He further demanded protection of Kashmiri Pandit employees along with other employees of Jammu and rest of country performing their duties in parts of valley. Warning state government for any step in revoking order of land transfer to SASB, he said that if government tries to take any such step in this regard, then they would lunch a mass agitation every were in country. Meanwhile, AKSPC along with other KP organizations has decided to organize a protest demonstration in front of Raj Bhawan on Monday to show resentment over the situation erupted in wake of allotment of land to SASB. |
