JAMMU, Jan 10: The J&K Branch of the NIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India organized a seminar on Handling of Appeal of OCM cases, Section 115BBE & 270A , E-Assessment, Code of Ethics and ICAI MOU with CPA Australia & Ireland. CA. (Adv) Kapil Goel and CA. Vivek Khurana were the Guest Speakers on the occasion. The First Technical Session was deliberated by CA. (Adv.) Kapil Goel who deliberated threadbare on How to handle Appeal of OCM cases, Section 115BBE & 270A and E-Assessment.
The Second Technical Session was deliberated by CA. Vivek Khurana who gave a detailed point wise presentation on New Professional Code of Ethics of ICAI and MOU of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with CPA Australia & Ireland. The Guest Speakers addressed the various queries raised by the members during their respective sessions. CA. Shalay Razdan, Chairman of the branch welcomed and introduced the guest speakers. CA. Vinay Jamwal, Treasurer of the Branch conducted the proceedings of the seminar and CA Lalit Kumar Gupta, Vice Chairman of the branch presented the formal Vote of thanks. A large number of Chartered Accountants were also present on the occasion. |
