Dr SP Verma visits Sunrise Educational Trust

Jammu, Jan 18: Dr. SP Verma Padma Shri 2017, NGO Delegate to UN DGC, Honorary Doctorate DMU, and UK visited Sunrise Public School a unit of Sunrise Educational Trust and met with children.
Rajesh Sharma the Founder Trustee of the sunrise public school explained to him about the school and said we have Started Sunrise Public School in 2012 with the strength of 5 girls and 4 boys at H.no 25, Channi Himmat Jammu.
We are providing free education, free uniforms, free stationery, free books, free medical support, free nutrition, special dance classes, and music classes’ computer classes to the children from the weaker section of society without any caste, creed since 2012. Now we have the strength of 250+ Students.
Manpreet Kour Founder Director of Sunrise Public School also explained about the future planning and the achievements of the school to the guest.
Dr. SP Verma was very much impressed and appreciated the efforts done by the team of SET INDIA and said you people are doing such a noble cause. . SP Verma explained how they will promote our school at the national and international levels.
They said we should train our school students in sports. He said we have adopted 70 schools across the country. Now we will adopt Sunrise Public School where all the branches of Sunrise Public School will be linked with us through Gandhi's global family. Now The Sunrise Public School students will come out and represent our country at the national and international levels through their talent. He said we will also approach those who want to donate for the society.
Dr. SP Verma then appealed to all business class people that they should also help them in the great initiative. Other who were present Varinder Kumar, Jyoti Bala, Ansh Gupta, Anu Sharma, Narinder Kour, Dheeraj Kumari, Seema Sharma.
