| DM Jammu imposes ban on carrying lethal weapons | | | Early Times Reporter
Jammu | June 30
In exercise of the powers vested under section 144 chapter XI of the of the Code of criminal procedure System 1989 (1933 A.D.), District Magistrate Jammu Mr. M. S. Sheikh has ordered that no lethal weapon (s) shall be carried by any individual or groups of individuals in Jammu district.
This order shall come into effect from June 29, 2008 for a period of 15 days or till rescinded which ever is earlier. |
