Crime Branch Jammu produced challan against staff nurse trainee Babli Devi d/o James Masia, district Gurdaspur at present Rajpura, Tehsil Hiranagar district Kathua for using fake state subject certificate to obtain undue benefits. Crime Branch Jammu received a written complaint in which it was alleged that one Babli Devi who actually hailed from Gurdaspur, Punjab on the basis of the fake PRC was undergoing training of staff nurse in GMC Jammu. Crime Branch during investigation found that the lady had undergone training of staff nurse and midwifery at AMT school in session 1999 to 2000 .She got selected in the said course by providing fake PRC reportedly to have been issued from DC office Kathua. When Crime Branch underwent DC office record it was found out that the number on PRC stood issued in the name of one Titru s/o Boadha r/o village Sanoora, Hiranagar .The admission record of the accused was also obtained and seized from the AMT school Jammu.The specimen signature of the suspect was obtained and got caparisoned through expert from FSL Jammu. The specimen signatures of the the deputy Commissioner Kathua ,Tehsildar Kathua was also got tallied with the PRC in question through FSL Jammu. From the investigation conducted by the Crime Branch Jammu, it was transpired that one late Prem Mesih r/o Chatha, Stwari had managed the fake PRC with connivance of the Babli Devi .Thus the prime facie case was established against her. |
