| Breaking ties with Cong would make PDP to lose its existence: Omer | | | Srinagar, September 2: Predicting a downfall for PDP, if it decided to part ways with Congress, National Conference President Omer Abdullah said here on Saturday that political difference brewing within PDP are the internal affairs of constituent groups of ruling alliance. Talking to KNS, Omer Abdullah denied to support Congress, if a threat is caused to stability of Coalition Government. However he said "we are keenly watching the situation and will take right decision at the right time". Predicting that PDP does not want to break ties, Omer said parting ways with Congress would make PDP to loose its existence. Saying that there is something wrong back along the track, Omer said "If PDP did not oppose creation of districts at the time, when cabinet decisions were announced, why party top brass chose to oppose the decisions now". Stating that distribution of portfolios is an internal affair of Chief Minister and the Coalition Government, Omer said "Too much of embarrassment has been caused to Deputy Chief Minister Muzaffar Hussain Beigh. One would not dream it, when one recalls the atmosphere that was prevailing at Raj Bhawan at the time, when oath taking ceremony took place few days back". Claiming main role in the construction of Haj house at Bemina, Omer Abdullah accused Tariq Hameed Qarrah of creating a hostile atmosphere on the eve of foundation laying ceremony of haj house at Bemina few days back.
