Court grants bail to five arrested in curfew

Duty Magistrate Jammu MS Parihar today decided five bail applications seeking bail after being arrested for defying curfew orders.
The bail application were filed by three persons arrested by the police Pacca Danga, two arrested by Police Station Narwal u/s 188 CrPC. Duty Magistrate after hearing both the sides and going through the objections filed by Sr. PO Jawaid Ahmed Khawaja granted bail to all the five persons with the direction to release the applicant from the custody after furnishing bail bond to the tune of Rs 5000 with certain conditions. It is worthwhile to mention here that no bail application has been filed by any leader of political party for release on bail. JNF
