Land row nothing except misrepresentation of facts: Bhim

Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party chairman Prof. Bhim Singh today said that the controversy generated in granting land to SASB was nothing except the misrepresentation of facts made by the outgoing congress led coalition government of the state.
"Neither the land was transferred to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board nor has it been taking back from the board", he said and adding that the land remained earlier or later in possession of the Board which used it for building temporary structures for pilgrims during the Yatra ever time.
Though some political parties wanted to make this SASB land allotment an issue to gain political mileage for the ensuing elections of the state but the conspiracy hatched to form this an critical issue was made by none other than PDP for their selfish ends, he said.
Accusing Ghulam Nabi Azad for appeasing NC, PDP and separatist groups of valley in the land row, he said that he (Azad) has surrendered before these mainstream and separatist groups to save his government as its coalition partner PDP has mounted pressure for withdrawing the support incase the order was not revoked.
He also said that it was only JKNPP which has categorically conveyed Ghulam Nabi Azad that its fours MLA's will not support the minority government anyhow and put every one in political circles in suspense whom were taking that panther's party is going to support the government.
Haling the role of his party in supporting the present movement, he said that his party is not in favour of other parties demanding recalling of state governor from the state and maintained that JKNPP will support the present movement till it continues.
Expressing joy over the fall of congress led coalition government in the state; he stated that it is the victory of panther's party which they have achieved by forcing Ghulam Nabi Azad to resign and adding that lot has been done to fight for the rights and justice for the people of Jammu region.
He further said that governor's rule in the state is a right decision for the interests of the people of the state as now ever political party will fight coming election on its own behalf instead of using government machinery.
Maintaining that JKNPP will always fight for the reorganization of the state, he said that his party will not support to any movement which could led to disintegration of the state.
He demanded release of all those people who were arrested in the ongoing agitation and advised civil administration for lifting curfew in all the areas so that common man could not suffer any more.
Earlier, all the four JKNPP MLA's expressed their views regarding developments arising out after the allotment and cancellation of land to SASB.
