| Guv should withhold all Azad govt. orders: BJP | | | Early Times Reporter

Onkar Seth has impressed upon the state governor to withhold all the orders of the outgoing Ghulam Nabi Azad’s govt. and keep these in abeyance till an elected government is formed after the poll process.
As per a release, Seth said that this government has made a large number of orders including that of the cancellation of the land allotted to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board, ordered transfers and postings of hundreds of officers/officials and issue so many other direction, although this government was converted into minority on June 28th when the major partner of the coalition the PDP had withdrawn its support to the Azad’s government.
On the face of it all these orders were made legally, constitutionally and even morally unlawful and illegal. He added and alleged that during the period the ministers of this government indulged in corrupt practices which also needed to be probed by some independent agency, the release added. |
