| Cop died, other injured in grenade attack | | | Early Times Reporter

While a Head constable of Jammu and Kashmir Police died and other cop sustained severe injuries after Some unidentified militants hurled a grenade on police party at Supar Naghama in North Kashmir today.
Police sources told that some unidentified militants triggered a greande towards police party when it was returning from Naka duty during the early hours today injuring two police cops severely.
Police said that the grenade exploded causing injuries to Head constable Mohd Irfan No. 48/H and Constable Muzafar Ahmad No. 133/H.
The HC Mohd Irfan succumbed to his injuries at district hospital Handwara. Police has registered a case in this regard. |
