| Former IGP joins SP | | |

Srinagar, July 11
Former Inspector General (IG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police joined Samajwadi Party (SP) here on Friday.
In a press conference here, former IG Abdul Rashid Khan along with Ghulam Mohammad Reshi, Ghulam Rasool Bhat and Jamsheeds announced to join the SP in presence of SP state president Sheikh Abdul Rehman.
Talking to the media persons, they claimed that SP was the only party in the country which was working for the uplift of the poor and minorities. (NAK)
