| Governor pays tributes to 1931 martyrs | | | Early Times Reporter

Governor, Mr N N Vohra, has paid rich homage this evening to the 1931 martyr's, observing that their martyrdom will continue to inspire the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
In a message on the occasion of the Martyr's Day, the Governor recalled the sacrifices of the martyrs who launched a non-violent struggle, which paved the way for the evolution of a political movement which contributed to achieving the cherished objective of self governance in the true spirit of democracy.
Mr Vohra appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to rededicate themselves to the ideals of the martyrs and strive for realizing the vision of a peaceful and prosperous State. |
