| BJP- PDP hatched conspiracy put the state burning: Sadhotra | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | July 13 To pay homage to Martyr's of 1931, the Martyr's Day was observed today by J&K National Conference , Jammu province at its party headquarters Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan, Jammu under the presidentship of Provincial President, Jammu Province, Shri Ajay Sadhotra. Paying high tributes to Martyrs of 1931, Ajay Sadhotra said the best way of paying tributes to the Martyrs is to strengthen secularism and democracy. He emphasized that Assembly elections in J&K State shall be held in time and should be free and fair so that people elect government of their choice which could deliver. He asserted that only National Conference government headed by Dr. Farooq Abdullah can strengthen integration of the state and sought out all the controversies raised in Jammu or Srinagar. He asked the people to be vigilant from such forces who are playing vote politics on Shri Amarnathji Yatra. He said the Yatra issue is an ever biggest conspiracy hatched at Delhi between BJP and PDP to communalize and disintegrate the state for getting votes in Jammu & Kashmir respectively, but National Conference arose to the occasion and made all out efforts to frustrate the evil designs. Addressing the gathering Shri Rattan Lal Gupta. Sr. Vice President said Martyr's of 1931 sacrificed their lives for the cause of self rule in testate. By launching a peaceful movement the martyrs in fact gave vent to their feelings and agonies of people. This has ultimately led to people's struggle which gave them their due place of dignity and honour. He said the best way to give tributes to the Martyr's is to strengthen democracy and secularism.
