| PIL against BSNL for poor services | | | Early Times Reporter

Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the State High Court Jammu wing by the subscribers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for irregularities in services provided by the BSNL to its subscriber and seeking direction to the respondent - BSNL to rectify the irregularities and provide to consumers uninterrupted and clear reception to the subscribers. The PIL and also prayed to restrain the respondents from asking its subscriber for the payment of ensuing bills and payment by the subscribers in general and payment of bills be kept in abeyance till the entire rectification in its service.
