Poonchi Lal, a prominent citizen of tehsil Mendhar today passed away at Mendhar.
He was 75. Reports said that the sister of the deceased, Bimla Devi wife of Kundal Lal, resident of Ari Mendhar could not bear the shock of his brother's death and died due to cardiac arrest this afternoon.
Reports added that prominent citizens of the Mendhar and its adjoining areas were present on the cremation of Poonchi Lal. They extended heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family members.
Prominent among those who were present in the cremation including senior leader of Rashtriya Janta Dal Zulfikar Ali, Peoples Democratic Front leader Mumtaz Ahmad Khan, Peoples Democratic Party leader Rafiq Hussain, Youth PDP leader Wasim Ahmed Khan and others. |
