| Bhoj, Sablog staged at Natrang’s theatre | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | July 20 In Natrang’s Sunday theatre series, two plays ‘Bojh’ and ‘Sablog’ were staged here at Natrang Studio today. Both the plays were directed by Anil Tikoo. Bojh by Mani Madhukar is a play which revolves around two characters, one old man and a child. The play tells a very true fact when ever someone is angry, a load is put on his mind, this load (bojh) is not tangible and apparent but worries its carrier so much that its subject even loses the peace of mind. Gaurav Jamwal as the old man and Rohit Verma as the child acted there respective characters with professional ease and exhibited their talent of balanced acting in intimate style of theatre. Sablog another play by Mani Madhukar tells us about uncertainty and absurdity. Idleness and uncertainty have cost us so much that a person who is in his youth, who is supposed to do action and be optimistic about his action and the resulting reward becomes pessimist and talks absurd. The play showcases three characters who are uncertain about everything and who do not know what is right thing which should be done by them. The characters of the three youth were enacted by Amit Sharma, Arvind Singh and Rahul Singh. The lights were given by Mohd. Yaseen and the music was scored by Rohit Verma and the show was coordinated by Inderpal Singh and Gaurav Jamwal. |
